Taina – Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all purchases made through the official platform of Taina, operated by Kons Ventures LLP. By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to be bound by the terms mentioned herein, in accordance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws.
1. Return Eligibility & Timelines
- Returns are accepted strictly within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, as recorded by our logistics partners.
- Return requests must be submitted via email to care@taina.in with the Order ID, a valid reason, and a 360-degree unboxing video.
- The unboxing video must be:
- Uninterrupted and unedited
- Shot before the product is removed from its packaging
- Clearly showing the tamper-proof seal, damage (if any), and all included contents
Failure to provide the video or submitting edited/clipped footage will render the return request ineligible.
2. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be in original, unused condition with:
- All labels, tags, and hygiene seals intact
- Original invoice and packaging material
Products showing signs of use, wear, tampering, or damage not captured in the unboxing video shall not be eligible for refund.
Taina reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any refund.
3. Reverse Logistics & Cost
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by Taina at a fixed fee of INR 60 per order, to be deducted from the refund amount.
- If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product with a valid tracking ID. Shipping costs incurred in such cases will not be reimbursed.
4. Refund Process
Unlike other platforms, Taina does not issue store credits or gift vouchers.
- Refund will be issued directly to the original payment method (bank account/UPI/card) within 7 working days of receipt and approval of the returned product.
- In case of payment gateway delays or failures, Taina’s maximum liability is limited to the order value, and we shall not be responsible for consequential losses.
5. Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items sold as part of combo sets or gift boxes
- Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional campaigns
- Customised or personalised jewelry items
- Products damaged due to mishandling post-delivery
6. Damage, Defects & Missing Items
- Damaged, missing, or wrong product delivered, the customer must notify within 3 days with:
- 360° unboxing video
- Clear photographs (optional but helpful)

7. Cancellations
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.
- Taina reserves the right to cancel orders under suspicious, high-risk, or non-serviceable area cases. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
8. Legal Rights & Governing Law
- All return and refund requests are subject to approval at Taina’s sole discretion and can be rejected if the customer fails to comply with the terms of this policy.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, and governed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Misuse of return/refund policies may result in blacklisting of the customer account, and further purchases may be denied.
